Britney Spears rocks it at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards
What a come back for Britney Spears, she not only received three Awards one of them being best “video of the year” but she also amazes thousands of fans since she looked amazing and stunning on Sunday night. The every day training with private trainer apparently paid off. In her last interview, she mentioned she was on a strict diet, drinking lots of water instead of the 500 Cal Frappuccino at Starbucks!
